The event for the overseas staff of Jiuzhou Group to return to Mianyang was successfully held

To deepen the understanding of the historical culture and strategic direction of Jiuzhou Group among the overseas employees, enhance organizational cohesion and a sense of belonging, and promote the in-depth integration between the headquarters and the teams in other places, from November 17th to 18th, Jiuzhou Group successfully held the "Unswerving Original Aspiration, Chasing Dreams in the Sky" Science and Technology Activity Week for overseas personnel to return to Mianyang. More than 40 representatives of the management teams of industrial companies from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhongshan, Yancheng, Korla and other places, as well as representatives of employees stationed outside, gathered in Mianyang to discuss development and plan for the future with the group's leaders and the heads of various departments at the headquarters.

On the afternoon of November 17th, the overseas representatives visited the Jiuzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park, toured the Innovation Exhibition Center, and gained a thorough understanding of the development history, industrial layout and future vision of the Jiuzhou Group, further strengthening their confidence in resonating with the group.

At the subsequent symposium and exchange meeting, You Lu, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the chairperson of the trade union of the group, delivered a welcoming speech, extending a warm welcome to the colleagues from outside who had come from afar. Yang Zhikun, deputy director of the Strategic Development Department, interpreted the strategic planning ideas of the Group for the "15th Five-Year Plan", helping the overseas personnel understand the development direction of the group. Representatives from various industrial companies and business lines shared their insights on topics such as industrial development, scientific research and innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and market operation. The atmosphere on the spot was lively. During the interactive exchange session, the representatives from abroad spoke freely and put forward many forward-looking and operational suggestions for "building a 100-billion-yuan Jiuzhou and creating a world-class enterprise". The leaders attending the meeting responded one by one to the questions and suggestions raised by the overseas personnel, fully demonstrating the group's high regard and care for the overseas teams. You Lu encouraged all the representatives to continue to carry forward the spirit of unity, cooperation and innovation, shine in their respective positions, and also encouraged everyone to firmly believe in the power of "common belief", learn from each other and improve together, and contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the group.

On the afternoon of November 18th, all the representatives stationed abroad visited the Two Bombs City in China, where they visited the former residence of Deng Jiaxian, the General's Building, the museum and other places, to relive the spirit of the "Two Bombs and One Satellite", and to feel the patriotic sentiments and sense of mission of the older generation of scientific researchers.

This activity of overseas personnel returning to Mianyang not only provided a platform for overseas employees to gain a deeper understanding of the group's strategy and exchange business experience, but also further enhanced everyone's sense of identity and belonging to the culture of Jiuzhou.
